Description of Service

Maple Street AI is an AI-powered business platform for home service professionals. Our services include scheduling, invoicing, client management, advertising tools, and an AI assistant to help grow your business.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

Payment Terms

Payment processing is handled through Stripe Connect. By using our payment features, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service. Maple Street AI charges a platform processing fee on transactions processed through the platform.

SMS & Text Messaging

Maple Street AI sends SMS text messages for the following purposes:

• Account notifications, confirmations, and reminders
• Appointment reminders and technician dispatch alerts
• Job status updates, invoice delivery, and payment confirmations
• Consultation call reminders and scheduling updates
• Occasional marketing communications (only with separate opt-in consent)

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive a final confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent. You may re-subscribe at any time by texting START or by updating your preferences on the Platform.

Message frequency varies based on your service activity. Transactional messages are typically 1–5 per appointment. Marketing messages are sent no more than 2 times per month. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Carriers (T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Maple Street AI is not responsible for messages not delivered due to carrier network issues or device incompatibility.

Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform and to consent to receive SMS messages. By using our Platform and opting in to SMS messaging, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from or send messages to individuals under the age of 18.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Platform, including but not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with the proper functioning of the service, uploading malicious content, or using the service for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform are owned by MAPLESTREETAI LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you submit through the Platform.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MAPLESTREETAI LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may also close your account at any time by contacting us.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page with an updated date.

Privacy Policy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information, including mobile phone numbers and SMS consent data.
